Report a bug: we fix fast if you help us well.

A well-described bug = an average fix within 7 days. Here's exactly what to send us.

What to include in the report

Environment

Device type (iPhone 15, Android Pixel 8…), OS and version, browser if web (Chrome 130, Safari 17…), app version if mobile.

Steps to reproduce

"I clicked X, then Y, then Z, and the error happens". Precise and numbered. If possible, say whether it's 100% reproducible or intermittent.

Screenshots

1 or 2 captures suffice. Ideally with the error message visible. Short video (< 30s) if the animation/glitch is complex.

Date and time

Approximate date + timezone. Lets us find the exact trace in server logs (anonymized, no PII).

Processing timeline

  • Acknowledgment Within 24 business hours. You receive a ticket ID for tracking.
  • Triage 48-72 business hours. Estimated severity (P0 critical → P3 cosmetic). Workaround proposed if possible.
  • P0/P1 fix Within 24h for P0 (blocks usage), 7 days for P1 (strong friction). Patch deployed without downtime.
  • P2/P3 fix Within 30 days on average. Included in the next release. You're notified on resolution.

Common workarounds meanwhile

Reload / clear cache

Web: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) / Cmd+Shift+R (Mac). Mobile: force-close app then relaunch. Solves 30% of visual bugs.

Test another browser

If Safari has issues, try Chrome. If Firefox blocks, try Edge. Helps identify if it's browser-specific.

Update the app

App Store / Play Store → JiyuFit → Update button. Many bugs are already fixed in the recent version.

Network connection

Many "bugs" are actually network timeouts. Stable wifi > weak 4G/5G. Disable VPN if active.
