Cancel: rules aligned with the refund policy.

Cancellation follows the same grid as refunds: 24h+ = free, 24h-2h = 50%, less than 2h = no refund. Special cases reviewed.

Deadlines & refunds

  1. More than 24h before

    Free cancellation. Full refund via Stripe in 5 to 10 business days.

  2. Between 24h and 2h before

    50% of the amount refunded. The rest compensates the held slot for the creator.

  3. Less than 2h before

    No refund (except justified special cases).

How to cancel

  • Via the app or website Dashboard → My bookings → "Cancel" button. One-click confirmation.
  • By support email support@jiyufit.com — reply within 24h. Include the booking ID.
  • Force majeure cases Hospitalization, bereavement, major event: contact support with proof. Full refund even outside the window.
  • Cancellation by the creator If the creator cancels, full refund immediately with no delay condition.

Accepted proofs (force majeure)

Medical

Medical certificate, prescription, hospitalization proof. Anonymizable (date + doctor name is enough).

Professional

Employer proof of unforeseen urgent travel. Not just a schedule shift.

Transport

SNCF cancellation, suppressed train/flight, documented weather (Météo France).

Family

Death or hospitalization of a close relative (death certificate or hospital proof).

Frequently asked questions

How long until I see the refund on my account?
Stripe issues immediately. Bank delay is 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Can I transfer my spot to someone else?
No direct transfer (each booking is nominative for traceability). Cancel and the other person books in your stead — subject to remaining spots.
What if I don't cancel and don't show up (no-show)?
The slot is marked 'no_show' in your history. Beyond 3 no-shows in 90 days, penalties may apply (see anti-fraud policy).
