The 4 steps

Choose the venue
Book a slot in a partner venue (negotiated commission), or use your own venue if you operate one.

Define the activity
Type, date (one-off or recurring), duration (30min to 3h), required level, needed equipment.

Set the parameters
Capacity min/max/optimal, base price, early bird, group rate. Dynamic pricing can be enabled if you wish.

Publish and promote
Immediate validation. The activity appears on the map and in geo-located searches. Share the link with your community.

- Quality photos: x2 on conversion rate
- Clear description: level, equipment, exact program
- Early bird price (-20%): fills the first slots
- Recurring rather than one-off: builds loyalty and simplifies
- Optimal capacity ≠ max: leave room for experience quality
