Customer or Prospect: hybrid model.

JiyuFit has two user statuses. No wall between them: the Prospect → Customer switch happens automatically when you publish your first activity.

Prospect

Default status. You participate in activities created by Customers. Marketplace commission applied to your price (already included in the all-in displayed price).

Customer

Status earned on the first published activity. You participate WITHOUT commission, you create activities for free, access all promotion tools.

Prospect — for whom?

  • New users You're discovering the platform, you're testing, you're seeing if it suits you.
  • Occasional sportspeople 1-2 sessions per month, no interest in managing creation.
  • Explorers You want to try lots of different sports/venues without commitment.
  • Followers You join your Customer friends' activities.

Customer — for whom?

  • Regular sportspeople 4+ sessions per month, you want to optimize cost.
  • Activity creators You want to organize sessions for friends or open them up to the public.
  • Coaches / instructors You offer your services on the marketplace, you keep 100% of your fee.
  • Sport communities Running clubs, fitness groups, teams: you formalize the logistics.

How to switch

Publish an activity

That's it. One activity = automatic switch to Customer. No manual validation, no special request. You keep your Prospect history (past bookings, reviews, contacts).

Frequently asked questions

Can I revert to Prospect after being Customer?
No, Customer status is preserved. But you can deactivate your activities anytime and keep participating normally.
What is the exact Prospect commission rate?
Indicative: ~15%. Details are in your dashboard (rates vary by host venue contract).
Are there hidden Customer perks?
No — transparency is central. Everything is listed: no commission, access to creation tools, community badges, and governance voting rights from the first UserTier reached.
