Supported formats

Team sport

Football, basketball, volleyball, ultimate. Capacity set by sport rules (5v5, 11v11…).

Fitness class

HIIT, yoga, pilates, dance. Typically 8 to 25 participants.

Bootcamp

Outdoor or indoor. Intense format 45-60 min, 10 to 30 people.

One-off event

Weekend retreat, sport conference, signature session. 20 to 50 people.

Running Club

Weekly outing, distances grouped by level. Automatic recurrence.

Team Building

Corporate formats: direct billing to the company, quote possible before booking.

The 3 organizing phases

  1. Define the format

    Type, capacity (min/max/optimal), date(s), duration, level, equipment provided vs to bring.

  2. Price the group

    Unit price, group tiers (-10% from 5 attendees, -20% from 10…), optional early bird.

  3. Manage registrations

    Automatic waitlist, pre-event reminder, communication to participants via the integrated group chat.

Before the event

  • Share the detailed program 48h before
  • Remind needed equipment (shoes, outfit, water)
  • Create a WhatsApp/Telegram group for logistic questions
  • Plan a weather backup for outdoor activities
  • Welcome each participant individually on arrival
  • Adapt exercises to varied levels (explicit modulations)
  • Create a positive vibe — that's the main differentiator
  • Take souvenir photos (with explicit GDPR consent)
