Identify the case

Forgot password

Login page → "Forgot password". Email with link valid 1h. New password: 12 chars min, checked against HIBP.

Locked account

5 failed attempts = 30-minute lock (anti-bruteforce). Auto email with unlock link. Otherwise, wait 30 min.

Lost 2FA

Use your recovery codes (saved when 2FA was activated). If lost too: contact support with a government ID — disable after verification.

Confirmation email not received

Check Spam/Promotions folder. Login page → "Resend confirmation link". Link valid 24h.

Google/Apple OAuth fails

Probably third-party cookie blocker or private browsing. Disable the blocker for jiyufit.com, or fall back to classic email signup.

Password reset: step-by-step

  1. Request the reset

    Login page → "Forgot password" link. Enter your signup email.

  2. Click the email link

    Email usually arrives in less than 1 min. Link valid 1h. Past that, request a new one.

  3. Choose the new password

    12 chars min, mix of cases/digits/symbols recommended. Checked against Have I Been Pwned (HIBP) — if found in a known breach, rejected.

Tips to avoid future trouble

  • Use a password manager (1Password, Bitwarden, Apple Keychain, Google Password Manager)
  • Enable TOTP 2FA — protects against password leaks
  • Save your 2FA recovery codes somewhere safe (not the same device)
  • Make sure jiyufit.com isn't in your cookie blocker list
  • Update your email if it changes — account settings
  • To recover a lost account: government ID required (anti-fraud)
