Governance · Proposals

Propose, vote, follow.

Any major platform evolution proposal goes through the community. Pricing, geographic expansion, partnerships: if it affects athletes, it goes to vote.

Proposal lifecycle

  1. Draft

Author writes: title, problem, proposed solution, estimated impact, dismissed alternatives. Validation by 5 Gold+ Customers before publication.

  2. Discussion

7 days of community discussion. Structured comments, amendments possible, counter-proposals encouraged.

  3. Voting

7 days of voting (48h for urgencies). Minimum quorum: 5% of active Customers over 90 days. Transparent real-time count.

  4. Decision

Adoption at >50% of voices cast + quorum reached. Otherwise rejected. Public trace in the governance journal, append-only.

  5. Execution

Adopted decisions are implemented by the technical team with a public schedule. Tracked via the Governance banner.

Major partnerships

Brand integrations, sponsors, sport federations. Blocking vote to preserve sport-first ethics.

Governance evolution

Frequently asked questions

Can a rejected proposal come back?
Yes, after 90 days and with substantial change. The same proposal verbatim is blocked to avoid harassment.
What if there's a security urgency?
The team can decide in urgency (e.g.: security breach, legal compliance) then bring the decision back for a posteriori ratification. Mandatory public trace.
How do I see the proposal history?
Governance menu → Journal. All past proposals, their result, their cryptographic trace. Append-only HMAC SHA256.

Sport first, then the voice.
