Stripe issues the refund immediately, but the bank delay for it to show on your statement is 5 to 10 business days.
Can I get store credit instead of a refund?
No. JiyuFit refunds in real money on the original payment method — it's a Stripe rule and a transparency choice.
What happens if I dispute the payment with my bank?
That's called a chargeback. Stripe handles the case. Prefer contacting us first — we settle 95% of cases in under an hour.
