Security, harassment, fraud, inappropriate content: every report is handled by a human team, not a bot. Anonymity possible by category.

Categories & response SLAs

Security (P0)

Technical flaw, data leak, unauthorized access. SLA: ack within 1h, first diagnosis within 4h. Direct line: security@jiyufit.com.

Harassment / abuse

Inappropriate behavior from a member, creator, or operator. Guaranteed anonymity. SLA: within 24h. Immediate sanctions if evidence.

Fraud / scam

Fake profile, fake reviews, ghost activity, double charge. Investigation by Trust & Safety. SLA: within 48h. Anonymity possible.

Inappropriate content

Insulting review, dubious photo, misleading description. SLA: within 72h for moderation. You're notified of the decision.

Processing flow

  1. You report

    Via the "Report" button on the relevant card OR via the general support form. Category + description + evidence if available.

  2. Acknowledgment

    Auto email with ticket ID. If security urgency (P0), notification also to security@jiyufit.com.

  3. Investigation

    Human team (Trust & Safety, never bot). Cross-check with HMAC audit logs, content review, possible interview of parties.

  4. Decision and action

    Warning, suspension, ban, report to authorities depending on severity. You receive the decision (anonymized if needed).

Your protections

  • Anonymity possible: your identity is never disclosed to the reported person
  • Anti-retaliation: any retaliation report triggers immediate escalation
  • GDPR: your report data is encrypted and accessible only to Trust & Safety
  • Append-only: every report is HMAC SHA256 traced, non-erasable even by admin
  • Recourse: if reported wrongly, right of contestation within 7 days (GDPR Art. 22)
  • Transparency: anonymized report statistics published every 6 months

Frequently asked questions

What if I made a mistake?
No sanction for good-faith reports. Only repeated abusive reports (proven bad faith) trigger a warning.
Will I know the sanction applied?
You're notified that a decision was made, but details remain confidential to respect the privacy of the reported person.
Can I escalate to authorities directly?
Yes, always your right. For serious facts (violence, major fraud), contact police/gendarmerie alongside our report. We cooperate with authorities on requisition.
