The economic model: transparent.

JiyuFit takes a marketplace commission at source on every booking. The rest comes back to you automatically. No hidden fees, no subscription.

The principles

Commission at source

The commission is taken by Stripe at payment time. You receive your net share directly, no after-the-fact billing.

Variable rate by contract

Rates depend on your venue type and volume. Details are in your dashboard.

No subscription

No monthly fees. If you have no booking in a given month, you pay nothing.

Commission reversal on refund

If a booking is refunded, the JiyuFit commission is reversed proportionally. You're not penalised.

A booking's flow

  1. The member pays

100% of the amount is charged by Stripe to the member's card.

  2. Automatic split

Stripe sends your net share to your Connect account. The JiyuFit commission is isolated.

  3. Bank transfer

On your cadence (daily, weekly, monthly), Stripe wires the funds to your bank account.

What the commission covers

  • Stripe payment fees (cards, SEPA, Apple/Google Pay)
  • Hosting, security, PCI DSS Level 1 certification
  • Marketing, member acquisition, geolocation
  • User support 7 days a week
  • Disputes and chargeback insurance
  • GDPR + EU 2024/2831 (review fairness) compliance
