How long it takes
The Stripe form takes 5 to 10 minutes. Stripe document review may take up to 24 business hours. You'll get a notification when your account is active.
First payout: 7 to 10 days after the first honoured booking (standard Stripe security delay, reduced later).
Security — why Stripe Connect
Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified (the highest tier). No card data flows through JiyuFit.
Stripe verifies your identity (KYC) and your business (KYB) on behalf of regulators. This verification protects the whole network.
Your funds are segregated on a dedicated account. If JiyuFit disappeared tomorrow, your pending payouts remain yours.
Disputes (chargebacks) are handled by Stripe. JiyuFit assists, but Stripe's expertise defends your case.
Frequently asked questions
What is the JiyuFit commission?
The exact rate is shown in your dashboard (rates vary by partner contract). The fee is taken at source by Stripe; you receive your net share directly.
How often am I paid?
Default cadence: weekly. Configurable in your Stripe dashboard (daily once your history is sufficient, or monthly).
What if a member requests a refund?
Refunds are traced: your share and the JiyuFit commission are returned proportionally (commission reversal handled automatically). Details are in My Payments.
VAT and invoicing?
JiyuFit automatically issues member-side receipts on the platform. You remain responsible for your VAT filing — your dashboard exports the reports you need.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. Deactivate your venue from your dashboard. Bookings in progress are honoured to their end, then no new transactions are routed to your account.
Do you run a venue?
JiyuFit opens your venue to members on a pay-per-use model, no subscription. Stripe Connect secures your payouts.
