Cancellation rate (25 pts)
Cancellations >24h before: neutral. <24h: penalty. Beyond 15% late cancellations: 0 on this factor.
No-Show / absences (20 pts)
0 no-show over 90 days = full score. Each no-show = -8 points. 3 in 90 days = red zone.
Responsiveness (10 pts)
Replies to messages from members / creators. Quick communication = full score. Long silence = penalty.
Disputes (5 pts)
No active dispute = full score. Active dispute = neutralized. Lost dispute = lasting penalty.
The zones
- 70 — 100 (Green) All good. Full voice in governance, access to all features.
- 50 — 69 (Yellow) Watch out. Non-blocking warning. Consider correcting penalising behaviors.
- 30 — 49 (Orange) Voice halved in governance. Restrictions on some sensitive bookings.
- 0 — 29 (Red) Voice temporarily cancelled. Limited bookings. Recovery possible after 90 days of exemplary behavior.

Is the score visible to other members?
The zone (green/yellow/orange/red) is visible if you create activities (member→creator transparency). The raw score stays private.
