Governance · Voting

Voting: a consequence of your sports activity.

Your voting right isn't a marketing perk. It's the natural output of a real sports journey on the platform. The more active and reliable you are, the more you count.

Who can vote?

Active Prospect

1 fixed voice. You take part in platform life from your first honored session. No artificial waiting period.

Engaged Customer

1 to 36 voices based on your 3 pillars. Full power on strategic decisions (pricing, geographic expansion, major partnerships).

The voting flow

  1. You receive the notification

Email, mobile push, or dashboard banner. Standard voting window: 7 days. Urgent proposals: 48h.

  2. You read the proposal

Title, full description, estimated impact (technical/financial/UX), pros and cons, author and motivation.

  3. You vote (or delegate)

For, against, or abstain. Option to delegate your voice to a trusted member for this proposal only.

  4. The result is published

At the end of the voting window: transparent count (votes_for / votes_against / quorum reached?), public trace in the governance journal.

How to access proposals

  • Mobile app: "Governance" tab → active proposals
  • Website: user menu → Governance → Proposals
  • Email notification on every new proposal (configurable)
  • Push notifications for urgent votes (48h)
  • Dashboard banner visible until you've voted
  • History of all your past voices in your profile

Frequently asked questions

What if I don't vote?
No penalty. The count considers only voices cast + quorum. If quorum isn't reached, the proposal is rejected outright.
Can I change my vote after submitting?
Yes, until the voting window closes. Each change is logged (audit log).
Is voting anonymous?
The global count is public. Your individual vote is private by default, but you can make it public to argue your stance.
Can a result be contested?
Yes — 7-day contestation window after publication. See the algorithmic contestation policy compliant with GDPR Art. 22.
