The 3 pillars

User Tier — your engagement

Bronze to Diamond. Computed from honored sessions, tenure, and your practice diversity. Your tier sets your base voice (1 to 36 votes).

Governance Weight — your financial support

Logarithmic multiplier on a rolling 12 months. Cap ×3 even with €1M of contribution. This is the anti-oligarchy: no rich actor can buy the system.

Trust Score — your reliability

0 to 100, computed from payment reliability, no-show, cancellations, responsiveness, disputes. Below 50, your voice is halved. The behavioral counterweight.

Voting power formula

final_voice = tier_voice × financial_weight × trust_factor

Example Thomas (Customer Gold, 8h/month, €240 paid over 12 months, TrustScore 82): 8 base voices × 1.4 (log₁₀(241)) × 1.0 = 11.2 final voices rounded to 11. Transparent calculation, verifiable from your dashboard.
